📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular fire safety inspections and risk assessments across plantations
• Develop and implement fire prevention and emergency response plans
• Train staff on fire safety procedures and emergency protocols
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services during fire incidents
• Monitor and maintain fire safety equipment and systems
• Conduct land rehabilitation activities to reduce fire risks
• Ensure compliance with national and international fire safety regulations
• Provide reports and recommendations to the Fire Safety Manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fire safety management, preferably in a plantation or conservation setting
• Certification in Fire Safety Management (e.g., CFSM, NFPA) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of fire prevention, emergency response, and land rehabilitation techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
