🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a retail or sales environment.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of retail management software, such as SAP or Oracle Retail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
