In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the distribution operations and ensuring the smooth flow of products from our warehouse to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the distribution operations and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock is maintained to meet customer demand.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Train and mentor distribution staff to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular audits of distribution processes to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and prepare regular reports for management.,Work closely with the operations manager to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the distribution or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of distribution operations and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with warehouse management systems and distribution software is a plus.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
