📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance checks on facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to ensure that facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement measures to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities and equipment maintenance in the restaurant industry.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the restaurant industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
