Berkah Umar Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our dental team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve the skills and knowledge of dental team members.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses.,Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs.,Identify training needs and recommend appropriate training solutions.,Collaborate with management to align training programs with the clinic's goals and objectives.,Provide ongoing support and coaching to dental team members to ensure they are able to apply what they have learned.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in dental training and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.,Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
