📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Cafe Tono Butik's products and services.,Create and manage social media content to engage with our customer base.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue and customer acquisition.,Organize and participate in local and international marketing events and promotions.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant tools and metrics.,Maintain and update the café's website and online presence.,Build and maintain relationships with local influencers and media outlets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or café industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Canva.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for marketing.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
