📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain inventory of medical products, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Organize and set up product displays in retail and medical outlets to maximize visibility and sales.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify market trends and forecast demand for medical products.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of medical products.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive product growth and market share.
• Provide regular reports on inventory levels, sales performance, and market trends to support data-driven decision making.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to medical product distribution.
• Train and support junior staff on merchandising and inventory management best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales merchandising, retail management, or a similar role in the medical products industry.
• Strong knowledge of medical products and the healthcare industry.
• Proficient in using inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
