Mart Camp Berjaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Parepare, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Mart Camp, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This is an urgent position, and we are looking for a candidate who can start immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Mart Camp, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their roles effectively.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of product quality.,Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the Mart Camp facilities, ensuring they are in good condition and safe for use.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a retail or food service environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Experience with operational data analysis and reporting.,Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
