📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of our employees,Deliver training sessions both in-person and virtually,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that training initiatives align with our business goals,Provide feedback to employees on their performance and development,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in training and development,Develop and maintain training materials and resources,Assist in the recruitment and selection process by evaluating the training needs of new hires

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in using training management software and other relevant tools,Fluency in Indonesian and English,Valid SIM (Surat Izin Mengemudi) and a reliable vehicle for in-person training sessions
