📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and closure.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
  • Lead and mentor team members to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing SaaS projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
