Sentral Krisna Coffee is looking for a Senior Internal Audit professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, as well as identifying areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a passion for coffee and quality assurance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders.,Ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and team members.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a senior or management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.,Understanding of the coffee industry and quality standards is a plus.
