📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.,Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they remain within budget.,Conduct regular cost reviews and provide reports to project managers and stakeholders.,Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities and cost plans.,Manage subcontractor and supplier payments, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.,Provide advice and guidance to project teams on cost-related matters.,Prepare and submit progress claims and final accounts for construction projects.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with a strong focus on construction projects.,Proficiency in cost estimating, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Experience in managing subcontractor and supplier payments.,Strong knowledge of construction contracts and tendering processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
