📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Prepare and stock ingredients and supplies as needed.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in inventory management and cost control.,Assist in menu planning and development.,Support the team during peak hours and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.,Experience in a similar role in a high-volume restaurant is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
