You'll use industry-standard tools like SAP, SeaRates, and ShipmentLink to streamline our processes. With 3-5 years of experience in logistics and freight forwarding, you'll be well-equipped to tackle the challenges and opportunities that come with this role.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with shipping lines and customs authorities to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Use SAP, SeaRates, and ShipmentLink to track and manage shipments.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for shipments.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Assist in training new team members on logistics and customer service best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics and freight forwarding.
- Proficient in using SAP, SeaRates, and ShipmentLink.
- Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
