📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic e-commerce marketing plans to drive online sales growth.
• Manage and optimize our presence on major marketplace platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Create and execute high-impact Meta Ads campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram, to reach and engage our target audience.
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform our digital marketing strategies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our digital marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of digital marketing activities.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing and digital advertising.
• Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Tokopedia, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and other digital advertising tools.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
