GLEAM Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Staff to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid model, combining the best of both office and remote work environments.

As a Supply Chain Staff at GLEAM Berjaya, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and information from suppliers to customers. Your responsibilities will include inventory management, order processing, and coordination with vendors and logistics partners.

We are seeking a candidate who is detail-oriented, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about optimizing supply chain processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Process and manage purchase orders, invoices, and payments.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics.,Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.,Maintain and update supply chain documentation and records.,Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies.,Provide regular reports on inventory status, order fulfillment, and supplier performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain or related roles.,Strong understanding of inventory management and order processing systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
