📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service.,Train and develop junior staff to improve their performance and skills.,Monitor and report on restaurant performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Collaborate with the senior management team to ensure the restaurant meets its financial targets and objectives.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and staff training.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
