📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications and fit.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recommendations.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer and onboarding.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and human resources.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
