Hub Home Pratama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and analyses, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our test results. You will work closely with our healthcare professionals to provide essential diagnostic information to our patients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses, including but not limited to blood tests, urine tests, and other diagnostic tests.,Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results by following standard operating procedures and quality control protocols.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Preparing and maintaining laboratory records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.,Assisting in the training and supervision of junior laboratory technicians.,Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide essential diagnostic information to patients.,Participating in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with the latest laboratory technologies and techniques.,Ensuring a safe and clean working environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and procedures.,Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Proficiency in using laboratory software and equipment.
