📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and clients upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.,Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.,Schedule and coordinate appointments for the management team.,Handle and process mail and packages.,Provide information about the company, its products, and services.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with office management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and professional demeanor.
