We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Shadow Teacher to support special needs children in a part-time capacity. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist teachers in planning and implementing lesson plans tailored to the needs of children with special needs.,Monitor and support children during activities and lessons, providing guidance and encouragement as needed.,Collaborate with teachers to create a safe and inclusive learning environment for all children.,Assist in the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for children with special needs.,Support children with daily living skills, such as dressing, eating, and personal hygiene.,Maintain accurate records of children's progress and behavior, and communicate this information to teachers and parents.,Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in special education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, or a related field.,Experience working with children with special needs, either in a formal or informal setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and their families.,Patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to the well-being and development of children with special needs.,Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and other support staff.,Willingness to undergo a background check and any required training or certifications.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Understanding of special education principles and practices.Experience with assistive technologies and tools for children with special needs.Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of children with special needs.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in using educational software and online learning platforms.
