In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring that all transactions are accurate, efficient, and compliant with company policies and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the end-to-end procurement process from requisition to payment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, including but not limited to, procurement, financial, and ethical standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and initiatives.,Provide training and support to internal teams on procurement processes and best practices.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and source-to-pay processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related field.,Strong understanding of procurement processes, including requisition, approval, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
