Plan and implement engaging and educational activities for students,Create a safe and nurturing environment for students to learn and grow,Assist with the development and implementation of the daily curriculum,Monitor and assess student progress and development,Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, behavior, and progress,Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values diversity and individuality,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education or a related field,Strong knowledge of child development and learning theories,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work collaboratively with a team,Creative and innovative thinking skills,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid teaching certification or equivalent experience🛠️ Keahlian
Experience with Montessori or other early childhood education methodsKnowledge of educational technology and toolsAbility to manage a classroom effectivelyStrong organizational and time-management skillsExperience with cultural sensitivity and inclusivityAbility to work independently and as part of a team
