PT WIN OCEAN INVESTMENT INDONESIA is looking for a skilled Mandarin Translator and Personal Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating documents and communications between Mandarin and Indonesian, as well as providing administrative and personal support to our executives. If you have excellent Mandarin language skills and a strong administrative background, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Translate documents and communications between Mandarin and Indonesian accurately and efficiently.,Assist executives with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other personal needs.,Maintain and organize company records and files.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers on behalf of the company.,Provide administrative support for meetings and events.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in both Mandarin and Indonesian languages.,Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mandarin Translator or Personal Assistant.,Strong administrative and organizational skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
