🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the e-commerce or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics operations.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar operational excellence programs is a plus.
