Maintenance Technician - Building & Industrial Systems

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Inspect and diagnose equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the lifespan of equipment and reduce downtime.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
• Collaborate with property managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient resolution of maintenance issues.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities as needed.
• Provide technical support and training to facility staff on maintenance procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in building and industrial systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems is required.
• Certification in relevant maintenance areas (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is a plus.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software, such as IBM Maximo or similar systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
