📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive health assessments and screenings for our employees.
• Providing health education and wellness programs to promote a healthy lifestyle.
• Implementing and monitoring workplace wellness initiatives, such as fitness programs, nutrition counseling, and stress management workshops.
• Collaborating with the medical team to ensure timely and effective treatment of any health-related issues.
• Developing and maintaining health and safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations.
• Providing on-site medical support during work hours, including first aid and emergency response.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of health and wellness programs.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in occupational health and wellness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in Indonesia.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in occupational health nursing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with health assessment tools and wellness program development.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
