📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Leading the design and implementation of ICT solutions for smart buildings, including building automation, energy management, security, and sustainability.

Collaborating with clients, architects, and engineers to understand their needs and deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.

Ensuring that all ICT systems are integrated and compatible with each other and with the building's overall design.

Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and designers.

Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the smart building industry.

Ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Representing Arcadis at industry events, conferences, and workshops to showcase our expertise and thought leadership.

Contributing to the development of Arcadis' smart building solutions and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

A degree in a relevant technical field, such as electrical engineering, computer science, or building services engineering.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the design and implementation of ICT solutions for smart buildings.

Proven track record of successful projects and a portfolio of work to demonstrate your expertise.

Strong technical skills in building automation, energy management, security, and sustainability.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, architects, and engineers.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and to meet tight deadlines.

Commitment to sustainability and a passion for creating smart buildings that are efficient, comfortable, and user-friendly.

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
