As a Manufacturing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to achieve our targets and exceed our customers' expectations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities by prospecting and contacting potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to drive repeat business.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the retail and consumer products sector.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, including pricing and product information, to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales manager.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and build brand awareness.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or consumer products industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
