As part of our team, you'll be the heart of our café, creating delicious coffee and tea drinks using our state-of-the-art espresso machines and milk frothers. Your day will be dynamic, ensuring our customers enjoy the best coffee experience in Bali. With multiple locations across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, you'll have the opportunity to work in diverse and lively settings, each with its unique charm and energy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and specialty drinks.
• Operate espresso machines, milk frothers, and other coffee equipment to ensure high-quality drinks.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and provide excellent service.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple orders simultaneously.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve our offerings.
• Promote our café's products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills and a passion for coffee.
• Basic knowledge of coffee equipment and maintenance.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
